The FOI has been crucial to the success of my campaign to increase transparency and operational safety practices in Transport for London’s Bus Operations. TfL now publishes casualties from incidents involving TfL Buses every quarter and has extended Confidential Incident Reporting and Analysis System (CIRAS) to its bus operations as a result of data released and published as a result of successful FOI enquiries.
