Results from the 2019 OGN Steering Committee Election

We received 27 completed ballot papers. Following the count, the results of the 2019 election for Steering Committee members is as follows (in order of points):

MICHELLE BROOK – 187pts (reselected)
GAVIN FREEGUARD – 165pts (reselected)
ELIZABETH CHAMBERLAIN – 158pts
RUCHIR SHAH – 126pts
KEVIN KEITH – 114pts
ALEXANDER ROBERTS – 82pts
JOHN ALEXANDER MCFADYEN – 72pts
JAMES COOMBS – 68pts

UK OGN Terms of Reference state that there must be a minimum of 5 and maximum of 11 members on the UK OGN Steering Commitee. It must have a 1:2 gender balance and 1:4 individual-organisation balance.

Therefore, our new Steering Committee is:

Congratulations to Elizabeth Chamberlain, Kevin Keith, Ruchir Shah and Alexander Roberts who have therefore been elected onto the Steering Committee. Congratulations to Gavin Freeguard and Michelle Brook who have both been reselected as well onto their second terms as Steering Committee members.
